Welcome to purpose driven coaching! My name is Steve Lopez, and I am an accomplished entrepreneur and seasoned CEO with a proven track record leading private equity–backed companies. Throughout my career, I’ve scaled organizations taking them from the brink of bankruptcy to doubling sales while increasing their EBITDA by double digits all within three years. These companies ranged in size from 200 to more than 800 employees with revenues in the hundreds of millions dollars, I successfully guided them to exits totaling over $300 million. I know what it takes to inspire, mentor, and coach individuals and teams to achieve their fullest potential.

After the sale of my most recent company, I took time to reflect on what I truly wanted to do next. The answer was clear: my passion lies in coaching, I absolutely love partnering with people to help them realize their dreams. For more than two decades, I’ve coached little league sports as well as salespeople, managers, VPs, and executives. In many ways, I’ve been coaching my entire life—so dedicating myself to coaching full-time feels like a natural progression. Coaching allows me to share the lessons and insights I’ve gained on my own journey, from starting as a warehouse laborer to ultimately becoming a CEO.  I don’t just teach theory—I speak from experience. My mission is to equip you with the tools, insights, and confidence to accelerate both your career and your life.
